Corrosion Test Sytsem Testing corrosion rates requires realistic simulations of temperature, pressure, and flow environments. Autoclave manufactures vessels and systems that test corrosion rates of components or produce oxide coatings for various applications including nuclear components under pre-specified conditions. Available with a bolted or set screw closure, these single ended units are designed to operate vertically at pressures from 2,000 psi to 10,000 psi (138 - 690 bar).

Core Disolving/Removal System The Autoclave's Engineers Core Removal / Cleaning System utilizes high pressure/temperature caustic solutions to remove cores, or to clean deposits from turbine blade or other intricate surfaces. The automated programmable control system, mechanical agitation, and "burping" process make this a versatile unit for many applications. A variety of vessel construction materials are available to resist most caustic solutions.
ASME code, PED, CE, CRN & ISO certification Autoclave Engineers is certified to supply vessels and reactors in accordance with ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1, 2 or 3. All equipment provided can be to the requirements of CE, PED or CRN, if required.
