Since 1945, Autoclave Engineers has been the worldwide expert in the design and production of high pressure valves, fittings, and tubing as well as reactors, vessels, and systems. Autoclave has used this experience to develop a broad line of air-driven, high pressure pumps that are efficient to operate and simple in design. Compared to other types of hydraulic pumps, they provide cost effective and energy saving benefits for many applications in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Industrial and Research industries.

These pumps convert simple air pressure into high and ultra-high liquid pressures by utilizing a large area piston on the air side to move a small area plunger and compressing the liquid into very high hydraulic pressures - as high as 60,000 psi (4135 bar).

Standard ASL Series 6” Air-Driven High Pressure Liquid Pumps

The Autoclave ASL series of pumps are grouped around the 6 inch air piston and then by the actual ratio of air to hydraulic pressure. Inside that group are both single and double air-drive pistons (denoted by the -01 or -02 in model number). A double air piston can increase the liquid output pressure or decrease the required air pressure to get the same amount of “work” from the pump. All Autoclave pumps utilize All-Stainless Steel wetted parts with an All-Aluminum air housing.

Compact ACHL Series 3” Hand Lever/Air-Driven High Pressure Liquid Pumps

Autoclave Engineers has designed a compact (miniature) high pressure liquid pump that delivers high pressure hydraulic power in a mobile, easy to use package that includes a hand lever. Pneumatic or hand lever driven, this non-sparking or heat generating pump is considered explosion-proof and safe for use in hazardous areas. Our pumps are designed to include most competitive options and require only the basic of choices be made. Autoclave pumps are designed to work, and work well.

High Pressure Pumps

Autoclave offers a 3/4HP or a 5HP, magnetically coupled, packless pump design that provides improved efficiency, high torque and reduced heat losses. These pumps are available in several different materials and capable of running on several different supply voltages.

Compact ACL Series 3” Air-Driven High Pressure Liquid Pumps

Autoclave Engineers has designed a compact (miniature) high pressure liquid pump that delivers high pressure hydraulic power in a mobile, easy to use package. At only 8 ½” tall the pumps easy-to-understand features permit our customers to spend their time thinking about how to use the pump, not where they are going to place it. AHL Series 10” Air-Driven, High Flow, High Pressure Liquid Pumps

AHL pumps are high flow capacity pumps designed for pressure testing, chemical injection, and hydraulic power. They feature infinitely variable pressure and flow outputs while holding static pressure indefinitely without generating heat or consuming any power. Suitable for use with oil or water, these pumps are well proven and are designed for trouble free operation.
