Compared to other types of hydraulic pumps, they provide cost effective and energy saving benefits for many applications in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Industrial and Research industries. These pumps convert simple air pressure into high and ultra-high liquid pressures by utilizing a large area piston on the air side to move a small area plunger and compressing the liquid into very high hydraulic pressures - as high as 60,000 psi (4135 bar).

Opening its doors in 1935 with an idea for a better Beer Rod Coupling, Snap-tite has become a global organization manufacturing quick disconnect couplings, hydraulic valves, lay-flat fire hose, high-pressure valves, vessels, reactors, and fittings in seven different USA manufacturing plants and one in the Republic of Ireland. Safety is a prime concern to Snap-tite. Snap-tite has designed a patented feature into the nozzle that makes it one of the safest designs available. The nozzle cannot be manually disconnected from the receptacle while under internal pressure greater than 350psi (25bar). This feature exceeds the requirements of NGV 1 specification. Most products in this line were developed alongside ISE International's engineers to produce these CNG products.

Parker is structured by sales offices and manufacturing divisions to guarantee optimum focus on our customers' demands and market interests at any time. The Polyflex division, with headquarters located in Huttenfeld, Germany, provides thermoplastic hoses and tubes. These are applied in a variety of different markets such as standard hydraulics, ultra high pressure applications, and oil & gas industry.
