Responsibilities:-
- Process customers' orders, coordinate with other departments and follow up on order schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend to customers' phone calls and email inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to our sales team & customers.
Requirements:-
- Minimum O - Levels education.
- Preferably one year working experience but fresh graduates may be considered.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is essential).
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
